365 Freight USA is offering recent CDL-A school graduates a paid path into a full-time regional driving career. If you have completed at least 120 hours of instruction from a CDL school and meet company and DOT standards, no prior professional driving experience is required to get started.

New drivers will begin with paid training before transitioning into steady regional work hauling dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads, on brand-new equipment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• No prior professional driving experience is required.
• Candidates must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes hauling dry van freight, including drop-and-hook loads.
• Operate brand-new trucks and follow all safety policies and DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch and demonstrate reliable, professional operation.
