Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist (Eastern Europe) to partner with crypto businesses, trace illicit funds, and operationalise scalable compliance programs. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption of TRM’s tools for measurable impact across investigations, compliance, and risk management.

This remote, international role involves working with customers across time zones and occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in crypto businesses or financial institutions, in compliance/investigative/customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in English; Polish language skills desirable.
• Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics in a compliance/investigative context.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for crypto businesses to maximize platform effectiveness.
• Explain complex technical concepts to investigators, analysts, and compliance staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to investigators and risk teams across sectors.
• Conduct structured training sessions to embed TRM in customers’ processes.
• Voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to influence direction.
• Monitor engagement and identify risks and opportunities to drive outcomes.
