Job summary

U.S. Soccer Foundation in Washington, DC, is seeking an Associate II, Programs (East) to manage relationships with community partners and support the delivery of youth programs across the East region.

You will coordinate trainings, track progress, ensure timely follow-up, and help partners meet program requirements while maintaining partner records in Salesforce.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of program coordination or related work.
• Experience with youth programming and partner support.
• Ability to travel ~30% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of community partners in the East region.
• Help partners meet program requirements by answering questions and providing resources.
• Lead trainings, webinars, and opportunities for partners to learn from one another.
• Identify prospective training partners and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics with partners and internal teams.
• Track progress toward training goals and flag barriers needing attention.
• Maintain partner records and reporting in Salesforce.
• Support the Director, Programs - East Region in tracking funder deliverables.
