Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide safe, high-quality air transportation and a concierge-level experience for Owners and passengers. The role demands leadership, top-tier aviation skills, and exemplary service from pre-flight to post-flight, including dealing with in-flight service and complex scheduling.

Applicants must hold FAA ATP and First-Class Medical, with extensive flight hours and ability to work varied hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with required flight hours and appropriate certificates.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate and ATP written completed.
• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA regs and SOPs; brief passengers.
• Provide in-flight service including catering handling as needed.
• Load and secure baggage and manage pet/smoke considerations as required.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination and back to FBO.
