Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks a Pilot to deliver exceptional, safe air transportation with a concierge service mindset for Owners and passengers. You will command the aircraft, ensure safety, and provide top-tier service on every flight while adapting to a dynamic travel schedule.

Eligible candidates are required to meet stringent flight-hour thresholds and regulatory certifications, including ATP, First-Class Medical, and passport validity, with flexible, long-duration

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or university R-ATP certificate
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
• 100 hours night flying or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs/landings
• 75 hours instrument time (actual or simulated)
• ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training
• 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Must be able to work varying hours including day and night; holidays
• Must be able to pass TSA background screening and obtain security badges
• Must have a US passport and unrestrict access to travel
• Must have a valid State driver's license
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
• Demonstrated passenger-service orientation and strong communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as needed.
• Load and secure baggage properly on aircraft.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to MCC Controller.
• Complete maintenance paperwork as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
