Job description

You will drive our company vans and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the Forney area. Starting from the Amazon station in Forney, you will load packages and follow a pre‑planned delivery route.

Responsibilities

• Load packages from the Amazon station and prepare vans for the day.
• Follow GPS‑guided routes using the provided Rabbit device.
• Drive, park, and deliver packages safely to customers.
• Take required breaks and lunch periods during your shift.
• Maintain communication with central dispatch and assist teammates.
• Return to the delivery station and prepare vans for the next day after completing all deliveries.

Schedule & Working Hours

• Shift length: target 10 hours with a rolling 4‑day on/4‑day off schedule.
• Full‑time drivers: 34–40 hours per week. Part‑time drivers also available.
• Must be able to work weekends and additional shifts as needed.
• Eligible for a daily bonus if routes are completed early.

Compensation

• Base pay: $20.25 per hour.
• Weekly bonus potential based on driver and team performance.
• Overtime paid at time‑and‑half for hours over 40 per week.
• Paid every two weeks (biweekly).

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid, non‑provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a 4‑panel drug screen (no pre‑employment marijuana testing).
• Clean motor‑vehicle report (no disqualifying violations).
• Good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work; vans are supplied.
• Physical ability to get in and out of the van frequently, in all weather.
• Safe driving record; performance evaluated via driver‑performance app and in‑vehicle cameras.
