Legend Family Surrogacy is seeking surrogates to help give families a dream of parenthood while providing financial security. From your first application through delivery, you’ll work with a dedicated case manager and an experienced fertility team to ensure you feel supported every step of the journey.

Eligible candidates are 21–39, with at least one healthy pregnancy, a healthy lifestyle, and non-smoking status.
