Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a professional driver to join a dedicated retail grocery fleet operating out of Arcadia, FL. The role emphasizes steady weekly gross pay, daily home resets, and comprehensive health coverage after 30 days.

You will haul temperature-controlled reefer trailers on a slip-seat schedule, with daily unloads at store docks and frequent trips across Southwest Florida. CDL is required and candidates include recent graduates or seasoned drivers.

Qualifications

• CDL with 120+ accredited hours or recent CDL training.
• 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months.
• 12 months experience in the last 5 years for seasoned drivers.

Stop rolling the dice on irregular long-haul freight. Step into an established, high-demand dedicated retail grocery fleet in Arcadia, FL designed for drivers who want steady weekly gross pay, daily home resets, and full health coverage after 30 days.

• Earnings & Incentives
  • Weekly Target: Gross an average of $1,300 per week.
  • Pay Structure: CPM sliding scale from $0.43 to $0.51/mile , reinforced by $30 short-haul pay (runs under 90 miles), $10 stop pay , and extra performance bonus opportunities.
• Freight & Operational Specs * The Lanes: Dedicated retail grocery dispatches dispatching out of Arcadia to service Southwest Florida hubs. Average 2,200 miles weekly running 2 loads daily. * Cargo & Handling: Hauling temperature-controlled reefer trailers with live unloads at store docks. Operates in a slip-seat setup requiring daily commuting transport.
• Home Time & Shift Layout * Daily Resets: Return home at the end of every single shift. * Shifts: Dedicated night-shift schedules running Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday (weekend and holiday availability required per retail shipping demand). Must reside within 25 miles of the Arcadia terminal.
• Requirements & Screening Protocols * Experience Rule: Open to recent CDL school graduates (120+ accredited hours), recent OTR haulers (6 months in the past 12 months), or seasoned drivers (12 months in the last 5 years). * Screening: Clean results required on mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
