Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain via reimbursement.
• Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on experience and education (Degree).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, including appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Interact with members to enhance workouts and club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts.
• Attend Continuing Education classes for growth and promotions.
• Attend one-on-one or team meetings with management.
