Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join our team in a high-earning, sales-driven role. You will inspect homes, present tailored solutions, and close deals using our iPad-based sales system.

Earn $70,000–$95,000 in the first year with base salary plus commission, plus a company vehicle, and a full benefits package. We provide award-winning training, career development, and a support-rich environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses (training paid).

Responsibilities

• Build trust through in-home consultations.
• Perform full inspections—from attics to crawlspaces.
• Deliver tailored pest-control solutions.
• Close deals using an iPad-based sales system.
• Grow business through company-provided leads and own effort.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Work in diverse environments including rooftops and attics.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
