Job summary

Bright Horizons Dandelions Day Nursery and Preschool in Andover is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children's development through engaging activities and a nurturing learning environment. This 24-hour role spans three full days and requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with families and colleagues.

Salary – Starting from £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We're looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Dandelions Nursery.

This role is for 24 hours, working over 3 full days.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
