The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in startups, VC, or related fields, with a strong passion for supporting innovation. The position offers a base salary of $160,000-175,000, with additional benefits and some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Strong belief in backing founders from day zero.
• Familiarity with Bay Area tech/startup ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive and strategize sourcing of founders.
• Engage high-potential founders through outreach.
• Support team formation and business model development.
• Assist in investment decision-making and diligence.
