Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated ABA professionals to provide in-home or community-based services across the USA. You can build your schedule with 3 to 10 cases, with the option to work remotely or in-person. The role starts part-time, with paid training and same-day pay options to support new hires.

We offer a two-month paid training period, national scope, and ongoing clinical support. Licensing nationwide is provided to eligible applicants, helping you grow within our ABA family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to support treatment goals.
• Record session data and progress in electronic systems.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Assist with training and ongoing CEUs and clinical support provided by BK.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6-month commitment to change our clients lives.
