Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Unloader Associate in Gardner, KS. This is a production-based role with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement within a big nationwide network.

You will unload freight from trailers and containers, handle pallets, and ensure accurate counts while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/unloading preferred but training provided.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers and containers.
• Move products by hand and with handling equipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts where certified.
• Build and organize pallets; verify counts and labeling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
