Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking to hire for a warehouse associate in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves operating ride-on electric pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment to select products, while keeping accurate data records.

You will work a Monday-Saturday schedule with a 4:00 AM start, in a high-performance culture. Candidates should have 2+ years with ride-on pallet jacks, be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with ride-on electric pallet jack.
• High-energy, self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker to accomplish tasks.
• Flexible schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Ability to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods in office or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Selecting products throughout the warehouse using equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach lifts or forklifts as directed by site leadership.
• Use of VoCollect, RF scan-guns, or reading manual tickets to process items.
