Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a warehouse janitorial associate to perform general cleaning in dry, cooler, and freezer areas. May operate a pallet jack to move refuse to receptacles and assist in office areas as needed. Follows safety rules and completes duties per business need.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs, and flexibility for overtime and Sunday shifts. Pay is $18.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• 6+ months general sanitation, cleaning and/or janitorial work experience
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves at various heights weighing 10-35 pounds and generally up to 60-90 pounds
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)

Responsibilities

• Completes work according to health and safety policies and reports unsafe conditions
• Performs cleaning duties (dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pick up)
• Handles cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat sheets and completes required safety training
• Completes assignments timely and accurately
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies
