Job summary

PMall is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Warehouse to support production line operations and personalize each order with accuracy. You will inspect products, load/unload fixtures, and operate warehouse equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires flexibility with start times and peak-period shifts. Candidates should be able to read labels, match colors and text, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer and tablet skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Produce goods following company guidelines.
• Operate equipment used in production areas.
• Load/unload fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensure jobs are prepared for equipment use.
• Read and match item labels to customer requests.
• Match colors, text, and products accurately.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Suggest productivity improvements.
• Report equipment malfunctions to leadership.
• Follow supervisor directions and safety policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.
• Follow picking procedures for on-time production orders.
• Restock inventory and log items.
• Perform inventory checks for accuracy.
• Operate tablet-based picking and warehouse systems.
• Assist with unloading containers and receiving shipments.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
