Long Island, NY-based Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates for full-time, on-site work. You will palletize cases, wrap loads, and move pallets with EPJ throughout the warehouse. This direct hire position offers 401k, PTO, health benefits, and weekly pay.

Shifts start at 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with paid weekly wages ranging from $15 to $20 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting customer expectations while learning all facets of warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling pallets and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work 5:00 AM – finish, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and loading operations within a warehouse facility.
• Move pallets using site equipment (pallet jacks or forklifts).
• Maintain a safe and productive environment to meet customer expectations.
• Handle movement of pallets on/off trailers and other vehicles.
