Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our Milwaukee facility. You will load/unload deliveries, stage goods, and store inventory, ensuring accurate rotation and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule; inspect for damages.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and order pickers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the facility.
