Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding service standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery, housekeeping, and loss prevention efforts.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety protocols.
• Support and participate in safety and daily operations.
