Compass Group USA, Eurest division, is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at the QVC facility in Ontario, CA 91764. You will prepare items per recipes, maintain quality, and support daily production activities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Prior cooking experience is required. Employment includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the Eurest group.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Tastes and inspects meals for quality and portion control.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains sanitation standards.
• Handles daily production tasks and completes required documentation.
• Takes and serves orders with efficiency and courtesy.
