Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Member to unload freight, break down pallets, and stock items across departments while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. The role is fast-paced and physical, with morning availability preferred.

Responsibilities include sorting and stocking incoming freight, moving items to the sales floor, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety guidelines. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts as certified.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to be certified to operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse environment can expose temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Split, sort, stage and stock incoming freight to the sales floor.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stocked accurately and timely.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Clean shelves, product displays, counters and workspaces as needed.
• Assist in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and the accuracy of inventory levels.
• Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards.
