Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality, protections, accuracy, and rotation in coolers.
• Rewrap meat packages as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment per safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure great customer experience.
• Maintain pork rind rack clean and organized.
• Keep meat displays clean and presentable.
• Store cleaning supplies properly.
• Advertise department products.
• 5:00 am start time.
• Other duties as assigned.
