Responsibilities

• Operate Mill machines at first article proven stage to produce scheduled production rate.
• Must understand various types of tool holdings and set proper tool offsets.
• Interpret G code and M code and monitor machining cycles.
• Perform intermediate inspections with standard tools and analyze CMM reports.
• Update travelers, blueprints, and daily production logs; submit in-process inspection per shift.
