Job summary

Primrose School of Wexford is seeking an Early Preschool Teacher to guide young learners with nurturing care and a strong foundation. You will build trusted relationships with families while providing developmentally appropriate activities and care.

Our digital learning platform supports a Balanced Learning curriculum, and you will work with an on-site leadership team to grow professionally. No nights or weekends, with a schedule option of M-F 8AM–5PM or 7AM–6PM, 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for early preschool-aged children.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
