Zusammenfassung

Training & Research Foundation seeks an Early Preschool Teacher to create a warm, engaging classroom and support children’s curiosity and development. You will plan meaningful activities, implement Emergent Curriculum, and collaborate with families to nurture growth in a state-funded program.

The role requires 2+ years with preschoolers, an AA/AS in ECE or related field with 24 units and a CCTC Teacher Permit; BA with Master Teacher permit is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• AA/AS degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field with 24 ECE units and a Teacher Permit from CCTC.
• Two years’ experience working with Early Preschool Children (ages 2-3).
• BA degree in Early Childhood Education with a Master Teacher or higher permit preferred.

• Create a preschool classroom where children feel comfortable, engaged, and eager to learn.
• Plan meaningful learning experiences and implement Emergent Curriculum.
• Support development and build partnerships with families.
• Observe and document children’s progress and provide positive guidance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
