Job summary

Latigo Biotherapeutics, Inc. seeks a Clinical Trial Associate to provide operational and administrative support for Latigo-sponsored trials.

You’ll assist start-up through close-out, manage eTMF, coordinate meetings, and liaise with sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with the Clinical Operations group and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline or health-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience supporting Trial Master File activities preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist start-up activities including eTMF index/structure review and document tracking.
• Oversee electronic Trial Master File maintenance and quality checks.
• Organize internal study Sharepoint site and maintain trackers.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
• Support clinical trial systems, access requests, and document uploads.
• Coordinate investigator meetings, team meetings, and vendor meetings.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate when needed.
• Support regulatory inspections and budget/contract tracking.
