Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, move palletized goods, and support daily shipping and receiving in a fast-paced facility in Mobile, AL. You will read work orders, verify counts with RF systems, document issues, and keep equipment and battery areas clean.

Qualifications

Identify products by reading labels, RF scans, or pallet IDs.
Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and record-keeping.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Ability to work in cold temperatures (-20 F/-25 C) or hot/dry environments.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
Flexible work schedule including potential weekends.
Comfortable with varying noise levels in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

Put away palletized units by lifting forks and placing into high racks.
Pick palletized units from above-floor-height locations for outbound shipment.
Record materials, weights, counts, and item conditions via RF system.
Load and unload materials on/from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
Read and follow computerized work orders to locate items and quantities.
Document damages and discrepancies and report to supervisors.
Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping and verify counts via RF scanning.
Complete daily forklift maintenance and check sheets.
Monitor battery charge and store equipment appropriately; perform battery maintenance as needed.
Notify leaders of product issues and await directions to rectify.
Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized during/after shifts.
