Job summary

Staples in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler to load trucks and prepare deliveries for customers. You will lift, push, or pull merchandise, stack pallets, and keep a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Safety is the priority; you will follow procedures, collaborate with teammates, and adapt to seasonal temperature variations. Candidates must be at least 18, pass a drug screen, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates.
• Lift, push or pull merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Wear safety composite shoes and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lift, lower and carry merchandise in a fast-paced setting.
• Stack pallets and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Adhere to safety procedures and safety culture.
