Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler in Durham, NC. You will manually load trucks, lift and move products, and stack pallets while keeping a clean, safe workspace. You’ll contribute to efficient delivery to customers and support Staples’ safety culture daily.

The role requires basic English skills, 3+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Physical stamina is essential as you’ll be standing and walking throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required.
• Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually loading trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lifting, lowering and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets.
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace and adhering to safety culture.
