Job summary

Staples Supply Chain in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler to load trucks, lift and move products, and keep a clean, safe workspace. You will operate material handling equipment per certification and follow strict safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3+ months in a warehouse, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, safety shoes, and willingness to overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Full-Time associate may require overtime based on business need.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manually loading trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lifting, lowering and carrying products in a fast-paced environment.
• Stacking empty pallets and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
• Uphold safety practices and safety culture.
