Job summary

KEG 1 Missouri, LLC in Earth City, MO is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe facility. The role reports to the site and runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specific requests and/or instructions
• Remove garbage/recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly collection
• Be prepared to carry out emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure all conference/meeting spaces are maintained and fully equipped in preparation for scheduled or unscheduled gatherings
