Job summary

Chartwells K12 is hiring a full-time Warehouse Attendant for the Houston, TX area. The role performs material handling, inventory control, and distribution tasks in a school dining environment. The schedule is 4:00 am to 1:30 pm, with days varying.

A food handler certification is required, and training is provided. Compensation is fixed at $18.00 per hour with opportunities for internal referrals. This position emphasizes safety, HACCP compliance, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Must have valid food handler certification.
• Full-time position at Houston/JIPP KIPP location; schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

• Reads schedules and determines items to move or distribute.
• Transfers materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Maintains inventory records and uses computer to enter records.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures per HACCP.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
