American Eagle Outfitters’ Aerie is seeking a part-time Stock Associate for the Natick, MA area. Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to keep products on the floor.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to brand standards, and teamwork. Early morning shifts and flexible availability are expected, with opportunities to assist on the Salesfloor as needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand standards and moving product from Stockroom to Salesfloor via shipments, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Stockroom is the home base; keep stockroom organized and efficient.
• Spot merchandising opportunities and act with store leadership to implement changes.
• Teamwork: assist teammates and guests as needed.
• Safety and Asset Protection compliance; follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenish stock to keep products on the floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure visuals/fixtures are tidy.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Support teammates and guests with non-stock tasks as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and Asset Protection policies.
