Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative at our Tysons Corner location in Tysons, VA. You will greet guests, assess needs, and offer styling recommendations to drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You'll collaborate with the team to maintain visually appealing displays, process transactions, assist with inventory, and ensure a welcoming store environment. Availability nights and weekends is required; must be 18+ and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Available to work nights and weekends
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine their needs; offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell to increase sales.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Report to work as scheduled and maintain flexibility.
