Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Irving, TX to lead the store crew, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to Braum's standards and policies.

The position operates 5:30 am to 3:00 pm with a rotating schedule averaging about 45 hours per week. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 hourly, with annual equivalent around $35,500–$37,000, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
