Job summary

PepsiCo in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves and set up displays at local stores. You'll drive your own vehicle to assigned locations, with mileage reimbursement while on the clock, and check in with the store manager daily.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, a valid driver’s license with insurance, and the ability to lift 15–40 pounds repeatedly. On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
