Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Warehouse Route Driver to join our team. The role operates Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and offers paid holidays and paid time off so you can be home on weekends.

No CDL is required for this position, and drivers deliver to customers, branches, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, keeping the vehicle maintained, loading and verifying orders, and completing all delivery documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate within 60 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the company vehicle and file a daily inspection report.
• Keep the vehicle clean and notify for repairs.
• Follow all DOT, local and state driving laws.
• Load/unload material and verify accuracy before departure.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery as needed.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed and signed by customers.
