Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest shopping experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and understand the merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean, neat store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving shipments, stock checks, and counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Report to work as scheduled and be flexible to business needs.
• Must be 18 or older; available to work nights and weekends.
