Job summary

Littleton's Market is seeking a Receiving Steward to work with the receiving team to check in deliveries, ensure quality and accuracy, and provide general office support. The role includes scanning, labeling, organizing digital files, and basic maintenance tasks.

You’ll thrive in a structured setting with careful attention to detail. The position requires strong communication, reliability, and willingness to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clear, respectful and responsive.
• Problem-solving mindset to keep operations running smoothly.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Availability 6am–3pm on most days.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries with care and accuracy
• Use basic computer skills to scan, download, label, and organize files and invoices
• Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and quality, in person and by email
• Move product safely from trucks using carts/U-boats
• Sort, stock, and organize inventory of general supplies
• Clean and maintain back-of-house spaces and common areas
• Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions
