Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks a Merchandiser for Cedar Rapids, IA. The role visits customer sites early each morning to stock and rotate products, install point-of-sale displays, and maintain attractive product presentation in stores.

You will support the sales team, handle display maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Requires driving and ability to lift items; expected travel across accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Strong teamwork and reliability; able to interact professionally with customers.

Responsabilités

• Visit customer locations to set out and rotate products.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale displays and promotional materials.
• Assist Account Manager with price-management issues and communicate issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized back stock and display areas; report repairs as needed.
• Perform routine on-site maintenance of displays and fixtures; ensure safety and compliance.
• Travel to various customer sites; work hours are early morning and may include heavy lifting.
