Job summary

PepsiCo in Lexington, KY is seeking a Route Sales Associate to stock and merchandise Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos and more in local stores. You will drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Starting at 4:00 AM ET, you’ll follow a regular schedule with limited variability and receive gas mileage reimbursement plus a company-issued iPhone to view schedules and log activity.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
• Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
• Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
• Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
• Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.
