Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts and ensure displays are filled. You will monitor dates, rotate stock for freshness, and manage backroom inventory using FIFO.

The role requires weekend work, early starts, and a personal vehicle for travel between stores. Responsibilities include building displays, maintaining signage, and collaborating with store managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance; clean driving record as per policy.
• Experience with pallet jacks and high loader lifts; certification required on hire.
• Flexibility with work hours; able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts; fill beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays.
• Monitor product date codes and rotate products for quality and freshness.
• Maintain and replenish shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays; maintain signage and tidy space; handle damaged product.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO; report levels in partnership with store account manager.
• Communicate with accounts after service; recap via Teams with photos; address stock and concerns.
