Job summary

LG-OSS in South Bend, IN is seeking a Part-Time Inventory Associate to support daily garage coverage and inventory control. The role requires a High School diploma and 6 months warehouse experience, with a 15-hour weekly schedule (6:00 am–9:00 am, Monday–Friday). Pass a 5-panel drug screen is required.

Starting wage is $13.00 per hour. The job includes extensive benefits for full-time employees and additional perks for all staff, including medical plans and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months warehouse/inventory experience.
• Must be able to pass 5 panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and assist in back-up coverage to other locations when available.
• Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages.
• Ensure service requirement of 7:30 AM (local time) is met daily.
• Ensure the daily Garage 101 tasks are completed by their team.
• Garage Product Signs – Placed directly above correct product.
• Product Staged Correctly – Pallets combined and orderly.
• Policies – LG-OSS and AT&T policy compliance.
• Be a Safety Advocate who is responsible for maintaining an accident-free work environment in all garages.
