Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Lindale, TX is seeking a worker to transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines, operate with PPE, and follow NCC Animal Welfare guidelines. The role requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand long hours, and work shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday with some weekends.

Benefits are available day one and on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed in a poultry hatchery environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks.
• Transfer eggs from buggies into setter machines.
• Pull and push egg buggies.
• Clean and sanitize machines, floors, drains, baskets, buggies.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
