Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness in Bryan, TX is seeking a Front Desk Opener who is punctual and dependable to start our day. Your role is to open the facility at 5:00 am, greet members, handle check-ins, and ensure smooth daily operations with attention to cash handling and inventory.

You will also prepare the Juice Bar, maintain towels, and support members with questions while working Monday through Friday in early morning shifts. This is a part-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and inventory management responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work Monday–Friday 5:00 am–11:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Opens the fitness center promptly at 5:00 am Monday through Friday.
• Ensures all cash deposits are handled accurately and securely.
• Ensures towels are clean, stocked, and available for members.
• Prepares and stocks Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures members and guests check in appropriately.
• Assists members with account issues and answer general questions.
• Complete regular cleaning tasks throughout the fitness center.
• Counts inventory and reports any discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
