Metro Franchising Commissary LLC, doing business as Dunkin' Donuts in the New York market, is seeking Team Members for the 4am morning opener shifts at 205 - North Merrick, NY. This is a part-time or full-time role supporting our fast-paced Dunkin and Baskin Robbins shops.

As a Team Member, you’ll deliver guest experiences, assist with product preparation, and maintain clean, inviting quick-serve environments while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work morning opening shift starting at 4am.
• Part-Time and/or Full-Time availability.
• Deliver friendly guest experiences and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with urgency.
• Be a Team Player – communicate well and support fellow Team Members.
• Prepare products according to Metro’s standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain clean, neat workstations and Guest areas.
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
• Comply with Metro’s policies & procedures.
• Show enthusiasm for our Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
