Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, sort, stage, and prepare packages for carrier pickup on schedule.
• Process freight shipments following safety and operational standards.
• Scan and handle packages accurately while maintaining inventory and chain-of-custody requirements.
• Organize and maintain safe, efficient staging, storage, and dispatch areas.
• Identify and communicate package discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Support package volume, dispatch readiness, and service needs with the team.
• Work with carriers and delivery providers to support pickups and dispatch.
• Follow safety, security, and package handling procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity with attention to detail.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (assist customers with shipping, stock shelves, etc.).
