Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand oral and/or written instructions.
• Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s).
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Line Server - set up hot and cold food serving stations, serve customers, and communicate with cooks and supervisors.
• Dining Room - clean tables and service areas, refill napkins and disposables, and prepare items for serving.
• Dish Room/Pots and Pans - operate dishwasher, scrub and sort dishes, and clean food equipment.
• Sanitation/Custodial - sweep/vacuum/mop floors, clean windows, restock supplies, and follow safety guidelines.
• Other - handle chemicals training, maintain cleanliness, and attend trainings as required.
