Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking Production Specialists who are detail-oriented and enjoy working early shifts. You’ll manage production across Deli CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments, helping guests find products and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Production Planning Software experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key deli, meat-seafood, bakery, and produce departments.
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items across the store and assist guests in finding products.
• Ensure products are ready for guests by rotation, sanitation, and reporting.
• Follow The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols.
• Present self professionally, including uniform standards.
